Jason has been helping sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals for nearly a decade, having started his real estate career in 2005. Jason was born and raised on the Space Coast, and is a true Florida native. His father was a local business owner for many years, and is now one of Brevard County’s top Realtors®. Jason’s mother worked in the aerospace industry, helping launch Brevard County, and has since retired from Kennedy Space Center.

Because of his roots, Jason is very familiar with the Space Coast and holds a deep personal interest in it. In 2011, Jason decided to further serve Brevard County by becoming a local Police Officer. When not assisting his sellers and buyers, Jason still serves his community and local police department.

Jason is truly passionate about real estate and enjoys every aspect of it. Residential Single Family - There is nothing more I enjoy than connecting a buyer with the perfect home, or assisting a homeowner with the sale of theirs. I take pride in helping both parties achieve their goals, so they can move forward to the next chapter of their life. Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and are a big part of Brevard County real estate. Evaluating different communities, knowing what each has to offer, then understanding the requirements and guidelines that govern the condo financing, is crucial.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients, and multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations that investors need, to evaluate properties for rent, are second nature to me. Being a CDPE© (Certified Distress Property Expert), I not only have the knowledge to successfully negotiate foreclosed and "short sale" properties, but I have the ability to see the income producing potential that some "distressed properties" offer.

Commercial – Whether it’s a shopping mall, small office building or restaurant space, I've done it all. Leasing, selling, or purchasing commercial property is a specialized niche, that I have come to know very well. The purchase or sale of a commercial building can make dreams come true for small business owners, create jobs, and help grow local communities.

Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home, and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge helping that same buyer realize the potential in a piece of vacant property. But the perfect tract of land in the right location, can hold great value for immediate development and/or long term investment.
