It's a pioneering concept that connects a real estate brokerage to a separate, franchised mortgage brokerage and provides the one-stop shop homebuyers want.
Acquired by RE/MAX Holdings in 2020, wemlo is an industry leader in processing mortgage loans. The company wemlo (pronounced "weem-low") began life in 2019 as a fintech start-up with a platform focused on third-party mortgage loan processing.
