I have been a realtor since 1999 I LOVE working with people and I enjoy taking the stress out of the puzzle for my customers. I WILL and have gone the extra mile just to get the job done, If you are coming from an out of state area I will handle all the details for you down here so you can tie-up what needs to be done on your end. If you are not able to be here I will video any of your favorites so that you can get the feel of walking through the home yourself and if you want to write an offer we can make it so that you can be here within the inspection period to follow through or withdraw within time frame making it easier on you. For all the 1st time homebuyers I will walk you thru every step of the way and hold your hand through it letting you know what the next step will be.
