About Me
A Colorado native, Melanie Schrader traveled to Brevard in 2001 with the Air Force. By 2007 Melanie launched a career in real estate, a path that capitalized on her sales and leadership experience while rewarding her desire to assist others and her passion for the housing industry. As an agent with Re/Max Aerospace Realty, Melanie is committed to professional development and providing the best quality service to her clients. Melanie has earned her Certified Residential Specialist designation, Certified Negotiation Expert certification, Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, Military Relocation Professional certification and Professional Residential Manager designation. She is most proud of her accomplishments as a volunteer committee member for multiple local committees that aid at risk and in need children. In addition, Melanie previously served as the Vice Chair of the Eau Gallie Arts District Board of Directors. She loves the community she lives in and the people in it. Her true passion is helping others!!
