A Brief Background…
I have a broad background in both experiences and education. I am a veteran of the hospitality industry where customer service is paramount. I was a professional chef for many years. I have two Associate Degrees; one in business and one in culinary arts. I have a BSc from The University of South Carolina in Marketing & Management with a focus in Hospitality. I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Science from The University of North Florida. I did my graduate work in Public Health at The University of North Florida as well. I relish the opportunity to educate and inform my clients and friends in both real estate and health & nutrition matters. My education has provided me with a great expanse of marketing, finance, and communication skills that are invaluable to me as a real estate professional.
With over a quarter billion dollars in real estate sales, including nearly $60,000,000 with my partner Rachael Ridaught in the past two years alone, my experience in the current market is always in the vanguard & I am here to put it to work for you! I have been a RE/MAX Chairman’s Club agent year after year, I am a career RE/MAX Hall of Fame Member & Lifetime Achievement Agent, & TITAN team award agent in 2018. I am consistently ranked within the top one half of one percent of all North FL REALTORS year after year per the JAX Business Journal.
