About Me
I am a recent graduate from Fresno State with my degree in Education, emphasis on agriculture. I also possess a minor in Animal Science, and have much focused study on forestry and natural resource conservation- particularly water distribution and infrastructure. I am a Tehachapi native, and an agricultural real estate specialist. I ensure my clients have the opportunity to capitalize on the sale and purchase of; farms, ranches, orchards, vineyards, as well as residential homes. It is my belief that the sale of a property is not just about the livable space, instead, it is about the foundation which it lies upon. Having an agent who specializes in ag-realty will provide expertise on the sale of the soil, minerals, water, and to recognize the properties’ unique biodiversity which can inhabit it. One who is familiar with crop production, agricultural leases, water rights, conservation easements and mineral rights. My goals include gaining my ALC, expanding my real estate portfolio, and using my knowledge of farming practices and water distribution to further the sustainable development of my community.
