Vanessa, grew up on the panhandle in Pensacola, Florida, has raised her six children traveled the globe with her husband Ray (retired) Marine and has lived in California, Texas, South Korea and New York due to military duty stations. Working in the mortgage industry provided excellent entrepreneur grounding and customer service in the origination of loans world has afforded her the skills to listen to your desires and meet your needs. Upon my husbands retirement of 20 years of military and moving to Tampa in 2021, she is very familiar with the Tampa Bay region and surrounding areas. Making the decision to return in the Real Estate sector this time as a Realtor, she knows within a short time that she made the right decision to help families realize their dreams of home ownership. Her experience with interior/spatial design, staging, and vision for a home’s potential makes her a Realtor that you can trust to make your buying experience phenomenal. Vanessa will continue to educate herself to better serve her clients and has obtained her Military Relocation Representative Designation and with many more to add in the near future.
