What stresses you the most about Real Estate - Paperwork, Finances, Time, the Unknown? How helpful would it be to travel the real estate road with someone who knows that road well?
Organized, professional, and experienced - I bring many skills to each real estate transaction for every client. Skills I developed while working as a manager in corporate settings and now use as I work one-on-one with my clients planning and navigating toward their real estate goals. Those decisions can be the most important of any lifetime, I offer information, guidance and market knowledge so they can make those choices comfortably and confidently.
Personally, my family has purchased and sold eight homes. As a result, I understand the emotions, challenges, and organization required to negotiate the finances and logistics of a family move.
I bring a solid educational foundation to my professional life, earning a BA from the University of Texas. As a Realtor, I am always learning within the industry, earning respected designations - CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CLHMS - Guild (Institute for Luxury Home Marketing designation for experience in the million-dollar home market). And, I've retained long-time memberships in local Realtor organizations as a way to develop industry relationships and to stay current with the local market.
I am active and enjoy a long walk or run. I see each day as another chance to move and enjoy the outdoors. Real Estate is not a desk job and the activity required suits me well.
