A REALTOR with RE/MAX since 2000, Tonia has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers all over Maryland. Additionally, Tonia is a Homes for Heroes Affiliate REALTOR. What does that mean? That means that she give back 30% of her commission to the Homes for Heroes Foundation when she helps a hero buy or sell. Most of that money goes right back to the hero in the form of a check after closing....a Homes for Heroes Reward! The average reward is $3000.00. That could buy new appliances, fresh carpet, or just put it away for a rainy day....you deserve the reward! A small portion of that money goes to the Homes for Heroes Foundation, which builds shelters for Veterans, gives grants to non-profits that assist heroes, and more.
Who is a Hero? Law Enforcement, Military (retired, vets, active), Firefighters, EMT, Teachers, and Health Care workers are all Heroes!
Tonia covers Calvert, St Marys, Charles, Anne Arundel, Prince George's, and Howard Counties in Maryland.
