My family and I have lived in North Idaho for many years and love all it has to offer from hiking, boating, skiing/snowboarding, culture and beauty. We love Sandpoint, Idaho and have decided to make this our home because it is a great place to raise a family. I have been in the real estate industry for many years as a homeowner, investor, and rehabber. In the process, I have learned many of the ins and outs of being the buyer or seller of a home.
