Buying or selling a home is a complex process. I learned, at a young age, that a sales transaction can be a very personal matter that requires a relationship built on trust and hard work. These important elements form the basis of my client-agent relationships... trust, hard work and consistency, no matter the challenge. My early career in sales and executive management afforded me the opportunity to live in multiple states across the US in both new and older homes. It ignited a passion for the real estate industry and uncovered my underling talent for home renovation and remodeling. Little did I know that these investment experiences would provide a solid foundation for a career in real estate sales.
Colorado has been my home since 1987. My beautiful wife Rhonda and I are empty nesters if you don't count Maya, our spoiled German Shepard. Over the years, we have owned homes in many neighborhoods across the metro area... experiencing firsthand our area’s growth... North to South and East to West!
