About Me
Terri was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and moved to Palm Springs, CA in 1988.
Terri then relocated to Big Bear in 1997 with her children for a more simple lifestyle. After many life changes and an aging parent, Terri finally moved back home to Florida in 2020 Bringing with her 30 years of Real Estate sales experience.
Terri has a background in ALL areas of real estate:
Conventional and construction loan processing, escrow, title insurance and sales. With knowledge in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry, she can better serve her clients and customers.
Terri has been a Realtor since 1994 and has
consistently earned top producer awards year after year.
Terri also earned an achievement in 1998 for
“The Highest Residential sale in Big Bear History” for a lake front sale
where she held that record for more than a decade.
Additionally, Terri has been successfully negotiating and closing short sales since 1998! Terri represents a wide variety of full time and vacation homes!
