About Me
A 4th generation Colorado native, Susie Wargin knows the Front Range well. She was born in Denver, raised in Broomfield, and has lived in Fort Collins, Longmont and Lone Tree.
Real Estate has been a part of Susie’s life for as long as she can remember. Her mom was a RE/MAX agent for 46 years and Susie worked at RE/MAX in Broomfield from the ages of 12-20.
Between a Speech Communications degree from Colorado State University and 30 years of broadcasting in radio and TV, Susie Wargin is well versed in communicating effectively and listening intently. In addition, her experience in real estate has spawned great negotiation skills and the ability to trouble shoot transactions. Susie understands every buying and selling situation is unique and enjoys helping everyone achieve the common goal: closing.
Susie Wargin is married to Mike and they have two busy young adult children. She loves running and cycling, spends NFL Sundays on the Broncos sidelines as the radio reporter for KOA and embraces her love for music as the midday DJ for 103.5 The Fox.
In 2023, Susie helped families close 43 transactions & over 22.9 million in sales, placing her as the #1 producing agent in her DTC office and the #5 residential real estate agent at RE/MAX Alliance (800+ agents). Being a Realtor is Susie’s full-time job. She strives to make every client feel like they are her only client. She would love to be YOUR Realtor.
