Having been born and raised in Kansas City, Susan knows the entire metro area and works on both sides of the state line, from new subdivisions to historic neighborhoods and everything in between. Whether you are buying, selling, moving up, downsizing, or looking for investments, Susan has the knowledge to turn your real estate goals into reality. In addition to the Greater Kansas City area, Susan sells at the highly popular Lake of the Ozarks. She owns a second home in the area so is quite familiar with that real estate market too.
Susan has extensive experience in resale, new construction, foreclosures, investment properties and second homes and works in all price ranges. She is a licensed real estate broker in both Kansas and Missouri with a strong history of skilled negotiating and aggressive sales and marketing. Susan has been voted Best in Customer Satisfaction by her peers and general public from 2002 to the present for Kansas City Magazine, an achievement only a few realtors in the area have reached.
She is an active member of Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors, Lake of the Ozarks Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, Kansas City Home Builders Association, Association of Accredited Buyers Agents, Heartland Multiple Listing Service, is an accredited Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and past Vice-President of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
