Stephen Mansfield is the Managing Executive Broker at Re/Max Commercial in Bentonville, overseeing commercial brokerage, property management, and transactions in Northwest Arkansas. With 30+ years in commercial real estate, he began on Wall Street as a Commercial Mortgage Security Trader and Real Estate Investment Banker, contributing to transactions exceeding Four Billion dollars with national real estate firms.
In 1996, Mansfield relocated to Northwest Arkansas, serving as co-director of the real estate division at Llama Company, owned by Alice Walton. He later expanded a regional property management and real estate investment company in Fayetteville.
His extensive career spans Commercial Property and Mortgage Loan Due Diligence, Real Estate Consulting, Foreclosure & Loss Mitigation, Asset Securitization, Commercial Property Management, Property Renovation, and Ground-Up Development. Co-authoring an article on Phase 1 Environmental Surveys in the Environmental Law Journal, Mansfield gained national recognition for renovation projects featured in publications like Lodging Magazine.
Educationally, he holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a master's degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
As an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Mansfield oversees acquisitions and divestitures for corporate clients. His dedication centers on establishing a premier commercial real estate firm, contributing to the growth and success of Northwest Arkansas.
