About Me
My name is Stephen Fucik, and I am a professional, full-time real estate agent at the RE/MAX Alliance Castle Rock office. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience. It is my job as your agent to make sure the process is as streamlined and simple as possible for you. In the current competitive market, having a knowledgeable agent with expert negotiation skills to lead you through a real estate transaction is paramount. A native Sugar Land, Texas I moved to Colorado 12 years ago. I have lived on the front range but have also called Vail, Keystone, and Steamboat homes over the years. I have seen the changes along the front range and the mountains. I own property both on the front range and the mountains as well. If you are looking for some on the front range or maybe an investment property, I have extensive knowledge of ski towns through Colorado and have been running Airbnb's since 2019.
Since moving to Colorado in 2011 I have my most notable experience as a PSIA Ski Instructor for Vail Resorts and as secondary business and physical education teacher in both the mountains and front range. I am also a division 1 football official and baseball umpire. When I am not working, I am an avid skier. Skiing is a passion of mine and where you can find me if I am spending time in the mountains. I have skied at over 17 ski resorts in Colorado and have countless days on the mountain.
I work to be your go to person in real estate. I am more than your real estate agent, I'm your friend. Someone you can go skiing with or at least not heckle so much when I'm officiating your kid's baseball or football game. Haha, I keep receipts FYI. As your realtor you can count on me to have your best interest in mind whether you're buying, selling, or investing. I am a strong negotiator and not afraid to ask for what you want. If you are thinking of buying, selling, investing, or just have questions, please call me. I am here to help you find your next home.
