Steffie has been a Realtor for 19+ years in California, specializing in Trust property sales, and sales of family property throughout the State. Her previous career in financial advising and estate planning provided a foundation for her real estate expertise.
She enjoys working with all types of buyers for first time purchases, move-up planning, 55+ communities, retirement properties, and investment properties. She has a passion for the many unique and historic architecture styles in CA such as Mid-Century Modern, Spanish style, Craftsman, Tudor, etc.
Steffie has also represented buyers and sellers in the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernadino, San Diego, Riverside, Contra Costa, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern.
She resides in Long Beach, where she is a specialist in the niche neighborhoods of Long Beach and Lakewood.
Steffie is involved in historic preservation in Long Beach, as a volunteer with Long Beach Heritage and the Historical Society of Long Beach. She enjoys cruising around So Cal in her 1963 T-Bird with her car club and friends.
