With a diverse 20+ year background in real estate and a life-long knowledge of the Sarasota/Bradenton area, Stacy Cunneen is an accomplished professional dedicated to the success of every Home Buyer and Seller she works with. Stacy was just awarded one of the 10 Best Real Estate Agents for 2019-2020 in Florida for Exceptional & Outstanding client service from the American Institute of Real Estate Agents. She was also named one of the top 2020 Five Star Real Estate Agents voted by her clients, which is a "True Honor" according to Stacy.
Originally from Maryland, Stacy moved to Florida when she was a small child and grew up in Sarasota, where she lived for over 30 years before moving to Lakewood Ranch then West Bradenton/Bradenton Beach - an area in which she has developed in-depth expertise, including our Sarasota/Bradenton Islands. Highly efficient, committed, and personable, she is well versed in multiple aspects of real estate including buying/selling, new construction, investment properties, relocation, corporate relocation, property management, short sales and foreclosures. From the very first meeting, Stacy establishes a "Team" mentality with her customers, working with them to make sure possibilities become realities in the smoothest possible way. Family and community outreach are important to Stacy, who loves spending time with her husband and three children. Together, they enjoy walking the family golden doodle Samson, going to the beach, water activities, sports, enjoying the community, taking part in events and serving others through her local Church.
