Sarah Totzke’s journey into Real Estate started back in 2009, but her enthusiasm for helping people started long before that. As a native of Fairmont, Sarah is passionate about Southern Minnesota living, and all the wonderful things it has to offer. She finds the ever-changing world of real estate to be very exciting. Combining her previous experience with Marketing and Technology along with her commitment to professionalism, she is thrilled to be an agent that makes the home buying or selling process not only stress-free and easy, but also fun for all her clients. Sarah listens to her clients wants and needs and provide quality service to build lasting relationships with everyone she has the pleasure of working with.
When Sarah is not assisting any of her clients, you will find her at home or at one of many activities her girls are involved in. Sarah’s husband, Ty, and her are proud parents of twin daughters, Libby and Maggy. The Fairmont community and school district are very important to Sarah and her family, so they strive to give back by being deeply involved in many local committees and organizations.
