About Me
I’m a full-time REALTOR, with more than 100 transactions, more than $40 Million dollars in sales, a certified Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. For the past five years, I've been named one of the top producers in the state, and I'm just so grateful to my amazing friends and family who continue to refer my services to others looking to buy or sell. I'm 100% referral based! I work with buyers and sellers at every price point and at every stage in life. I love my job, and I can often be found at 3 a.m. looking at market data for St. Tammany Parish on my computer. Nerd alert! I come from a family of educators, and I love helping people, educating and advising them on every aspect of a real estate transaction. My background as a multi-media marketing executive helps me make listings stand out from the crowd and catch buyer’s eyes. My work as an investigative reporter gives me the skills to track down answers, thoroughly examine properties during inspection periods, as well as dive deep into data and past sales in order to properly price a property to sell. My family has been here since the 1970’s so I know the area like the back of my hand. I grew up in Mandeville, graduated from Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School, graduated from Mandeville High School and the University of Alabama. My husband is Thomas Daniel, and we have two strong-willed daughters, Libba and Annie, and two strong willed bulldogs. This is likely why Thomas can be found quite often on the golf course. Fun facts about me: My father was a professional football player for the New Orleans Saints. I love animals, and I could easily live on a farm!
