Sandra Raposa
Sandra has lived in the Valley of the Sun for 8 years. Prior to that she lived in the Bay Area of Northern Ca. As a native of Ireland, she came to the United States as part of the start-up team when Intel set up a semiconductor manufacturing plant in Ireland. Sandra has recently joined the RE/MAX Professionals as a licensed real estate agent.
Sandra joins us from SAP SuccessFactors where she was a senior director of Global Sales Enablement. She also spent 3 years as a leader HR SaaS field sales in the West region.
Prior to joining SAP SuccessFactors Sandra held senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies and in technology start-ups in Human Resources and Talent Management.
Sandra was the Senior Director of Global Talent Management and Acquisition at Global Foundries. Prior to that Sandra was the Senior Director of Global Learning and Organizational Development at Vmware. Sandra spent 16 years at Intel in progressive leadership positions within Training and Organizational Development, at Intel’s California Technology facility. She also worked at Cisco as the Senior Manager for Learning and Development for the Supply Chain Division.
Sandra holds a Masters degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland. Sandra has been involved in youth and children’s work for many years in various churches in the US and in Ireland. She chairs the board of directors of a non-profit organization that allows disadvantaged children and young adults to be part of a touring performing arts group. Sandra is an avid photographer and likes to cook and travel in her spare time. She is married to Michael and has two twin sons, Geoffrey and Ian.
