About Me
I have a very diverse background. I am a US Navy veteran. Although new to real estate, I have over 17 years of sales experience. I have lived in the greater Chattanooga area now for almost 4 years and I am very excited to continue to strengthen my roots in Chattanooga and the surrounding communities. I am the current Vice President of the Grandview Homeowners Association. I am also an Adjunct Faculty member of Sonoran Desert Institute. I am excited to have started law school as well. I am a 1st year law student who would like to practice contract law once I earn my JD and passes the bar. I have 7 sons and 1 daughter-in-law. My wife, Kerry Ard and I are a team at Re/Max Renaissance. We strive to give all of our customers the ARD Advantage (Accurate, Responsive, Dependable).
