About Me
Ross arrived in Boca Raton in 1989, from Long Island NY and has made deep Floridian roots since then after graduating from Olympic Heights H.S. in 1999. Undergraduate studies at UCF until 2005, Culinary program at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami in 2007. Ross spent the next 6 years as Cook and Chef for some well known Beachfront, Luxury Hotel brands, as well as a few Fine Dining restaurants and then private Country Clubs. He got started in Real Estate investing by acquiring and managing Income generating properties in 2011 during the "Foreclosure Rebound" years. He left the kitchen world permanently in 2013 for Real Estate and has never looked back. Aside from Investments and Commercial Real Estate, Ross also really loves helping Families, like his own Parents purchase and sell their homes and condos. “It’s the most rewarding Job in Real estate, seeing people open the door to their dreams and really helping them achieve it... they never forget that, so you really matter to people for that transaction time, It feels wonderful and special each and every time; which is why I love it.” as he was quoted in 2017 for Simply the Best Magazine.
He often works with many Re-Locating here to South Florida who need expert advice in choosing “the right Home and Community for them”, therefore Ross has an astonishing amount of knowledge in 55+, active adult communities and country clubs throughout Palm Beach & Broward Counties. “Ross is like having a Swiss Army Knife for any type of Real Estate transaction whether, Rental, Sale, Purchase, Commercial buildings; you name it, that’s my guy”. He has worked with both local and national Developers in both residential and commercial NEW construction projects. He can give you the inside scoop on construction quality ,Lot positioning, Consumer feedback and the latest local and national developer news, plus their incentives and even Pre or Off market deals in new or mature communities.
