Bob Zabel has been a results driven real estate professional for over 20 years and is a respected individual in his field. His experience in the industry ranges from being a real estate closer, sales manager, branch manager, and business owner in which time he gained extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the real estate industry.
For 13+ years, Zabel has owned and operated a mobile real estate signing service that comes to clients and closes real estate transactions anywhere and everywhere. Managing as many as 45 mobile closers and over the course of 10,000+ transactions dealing with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Title and Escrow Companies, and Lenders handling all ends of real estate, he has learned how to get the transaction closed while most importantly, making for a smooth closing and a happy, informed buyer, seller, and borrower. In addition, the company is now providing aerial drone photography services for real estate listings, giving clients a unique and stunning perspective of their properties.
Bob is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, dedication to his clients, and most of all his customer service. He is committed to providing high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each client. As a result, he has built a loyal client base and a strong reputation in the industry.
Outside of work, his family and especially his grandson, are very important to him. He is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoys fishing, boating and traveling in his free time. Zabel is also in his 24th year as President and Founder of S.W.I.M. Fishing League, a local fishing league that promotes multi-species catch and release fishing, competition, sportsmanship and good times!
