About Me
Rex has worked in the real estate industry in various capacities for over 45-years following his successful completion of the Certified Public Accountant exam.
As a CPA, Rex gained real estate experience as the Office Managing Partner of an international firm of Certified Public Accountants specializing in real estate. Rex subsequently held the position of corporate officer of a publicly-traded New York Stock Exchange listed national homebuilder.
In 1990, Rex opened a RE/MAX franchise in Scottsdale AZ which he later sold. Today, the franchise remains in operation.
Returning to his entrepreneurial-roots, Rex worked with a small real estate developer before starting his own business consulting practice. He was soon asked to join one of his start-up clients as shareholder and VP of Business Strategies. Rex guided the sale of this Internet company to AOL America Online.
Today, Rex is the Team Lead for the Live The Rockies Group at RE/MAX of Boulder.
