Hi, I'm Rae the Realtor. I have lived in Merritt Island nearly my whole life and love the beachside communities and rocket launches here that set our coast apart from the rest of Florida! As a Realtor, my personal mission is to help as many people in my community, and newcomer's, have a HOME!
My passion stems from my childhood. You could say I am a product of my environment, since I grew up watching my mom, Kelli Braydene, blaze a trail in Real Estate. I started assisting her part time in High School, and again in my late 20's. This propelled a plan to join her and become a Realtor too! Creating the Backyard in Brevard Team. We have been working together as a strong Mother - Daughter team helping to build our community on Brevard's Space Coast ever since.
As a native and homeowner myself, I enjoy helping first time home buyers understand the process of buying a home and assisting them with the purchase of their own Backyard in Brevard! When it comes to selling homes, we really shine as a team. I use my creative instincts for personalized marketing, staging homes and social exposure while Kelli uses the experience in the market to work through any problems and strong negotiations to maximize the seller's home's value.
