About Me
I’m a Long Beach original who initially earned my real estate license while also attending college at CSULB in 2005. During the recession, I spent time developing my craft by learning more about the world of construction. In my effort to be a creative, multi-faceted entrepreneur, I learned how to wear many hats by working on various Long Beach city-funded projects.
I also worked on building and expanding various companies. With my ‘do it yourself’ attitude and tendency to take a more hands-on approach, I explored a wide spectrum of skill sets that include art directing, design, branding, marketing, sales, photography, website development, production, project management and consulting.
As I continue to grow, I also choose to be involved in the community that raised me. Currently I am proud to share a partnership with my alma mater, Long Beach Poly High School and I produce their official spirit gear & P.E. uniforms along with other local institutions, teams and clubs. My efforts in giving back also extend to my role at Ung Real Estate & Lu+Grace Design.
I love real estate because I’m proud of where I grew up and it’s an important to me that I support and empower the community around me. One of the best parts of this career is helping clients that never imagined it was possible to own a home, reach their goals. Providing the right tools, resources and guiding them step-by-step through the home buying process is what drives me and makes handing over the keys at the finish line so much more rewarding. By having a solid foundation of business, real estate and construction acumen, I am able to contribute my overall knowledge and experience to a real estate company founded in community values. I offer my diligent work ethic, reliability and sound advice by being detail-oriented and a borderline perfectionist. I am happy to help you through a property transaction or (re)build, and everything else in between.
