My name is Photi "Frank" Mavroulis, and I am an expert Realtor for Re/Max Advantage. I have been in the housing industry both as a loan originator and Realtor, for over 10 years now. I am knowledgeable of all the details of the process from assisting my clients with choosing the right home for now and the future as well as the financial process in its entirety all the way to the closing table. I never push my clients into a purchase but rather assist in guiding them with the proper advice, in order for the client to make the correct decisions. I am always available for my clients around the clock. I chose to be a Realtor because I understand that a home is a very large commitment and I want to make sure that all of my clients have as much information about a home and it's location so that they can make a well-informed decision. In my opinion, a house is not simply four walls and a roof, but instead a home, a place where you feel safe, comfortable, can relax, and share memories with loved ones.
