About Me
Born and raised in Sioux City, I have always been involved in my community on local and state levels. In 2016, I was appointed as Asian Pacific Island Commissioner for the State of Iowa by Governor Kim Reynolds. In addition, I serve as a member in the Inclusive Sioux City committee, and I am one of the founders of the Siouxland Asian Festival, an annual community event that celebrates Asian cultural and diversity. For more than three decades, my family and I have been running our family business - Hong Kong Supermarket. In 2021, my husband and I launched Yummi Blox, the first food truck lot in Iowa, as a way to liven up West 7th St, support local food trucks, and enjoy their homemade and fresh-to-order foods . We also provide multiple outlets for the trucks to use which will save vendor hundreds of dollars. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with so many different people from all walks of life.
Now, I am thrilled to venture into the world of real estate to help new homeowners and investors here in Siouxland!
