Pat earned his Broker license from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission in April 2015 and joined the RE/MAX Realty Group as a broker.
Considine has a long history of working in business including an eight year stint as Director of Special Events with Sara Lee Corporation, and twenty two years as President of Considine and Associates, a full service strategic planning and fundraising firm based in Winston – Salem and Jefferson, NC. He started his career as the first Executive Director of Ashe Services for Aging.He was the youngest national delegate to the 1981 White House Conference on Aging.

Considine enjoys community service and having recently served as President of the Foundation Board for the Florence Thomas Art School in West Jefferson, NC. He is a volunteer with the Nature Conservancy's Bluff Mountain Preserve where he monitors and helps maintain the preserve and occasionally leads nature hikes. He served as the first Co-Chair of the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership. During his tenure, the Partnership created the successful plan for the revitalization of Downtown.

Pat is married to Alice Atwood and together they are blessed five children and nine grandchildren.
