About Me
I have been marketing and selling real estate for 3 years and reached a personal goal of 22 homes listed/sold last year. I was honored with the 2021 Rising Star Award from our local MIRA Association and the 2022 Managers award. I have found my greatest talent is meeting people where they are, moving them to better understand of the process of buying or selling a home, and negotiating strategies to best meet your individual needs. Most clients come to me with very little knowledge of how buying or selling a house actually works. I help each client better understand the prequalification process, disclosures and what red flags can look like in a home, negotiation, contracts, inspections, current local markets, and the road to closing. I have lived in Central Illinois for 25 years. I understand the local market and yet retain my upbringing as a "farm kid" and can guide you towards smaller markets if that's your desire. I truly want the best outcome for every one of my clients and will put the hours, communication, and heart into making sure that happens. I am currently a selected committee member of RPAC with MIRA.
