Since getting licensed years ago, I find that there's time for family and clients and most of my clients become like family.
I've sold inexpensive homes and condos and $1m+ (even $2m+) homes more times than I can count. I've lived in the desert for 40+ years and I remember when it was all sand dunes and date groves.
