Hey everyone! I’m Nikki Southard (full name Nicolette, not Nicole) and I’m currently drinking my coffee, watching my girls play! I’m a REALTOR®, education fanatic, self-proclaimed photographer, wife, and girl mom!
You can usually find me working from my home office, researching new strategies for my clients and my business. Otherwise, I’m probably at the grocery store! I love anything DIY and when I start a project, I have a switch in my brain that doesn’t turn off until it is finished! My hobbies include organizing our home, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. My perfect day starts with a hearty breakfast at home and working on projects with the familly! I have an addiction to seeing a space change and get all dialed in! Simple and efficient is how I like to approach all aspects of life, especially in my career. I am passionate about helping my clients not only before and during our transactions, but also after the sale. Throughout my 17+ years in the real estate industry, I have learned there are key factors in all real estate transactions; great communication, organization and trust. It’s very important to me that my clients understand the process of listing or purchasing their home, and communication is the backbone of that. With organization being one of my hobbies, this helps me tremendously during the fun paperwork stage of all transactions! My clients can always trust that I am not just trying to “make a sale.” I really value the relationships I have with my clients and friends, which lets me effortlessly put my clients' best interests first. My style is casually professional, I like to create a fun experience for my clients that they can enjoy, with as little stress as possible!
