About Me
Nicole currently lives in Wauconda, IL with her husband, dogs, and cats. Her son is a graduate of Wauconda High School and currently lives in Hawaii. Her 3 step-daughters, step-son, and grandson all live within driving distance. She grew up on the south side of Chicago and Lombard and still has strong ties to those areas. Her family has lived in the towns of Wauconda/Island Lake and Dixon/Amboy, which has given her strong connections and many childhood memories in these towns and their surrounding areas. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago. Her studies in film, marketing, and web design have benefited her for over two decades in the corporate, retail, non-for-profit, and government sectors.
She is currently a Trustee for the Village of Wauconda and enjoys volunteering on the local American Legion Auxiliary, Wauconda Cruise Nights, and the LVVA Ice Fishing Derby committees. She and her husband enjoy time on their pontoon in the summer and burling on Bangs Lake in the winter.
With her background in home improvement, customer service, marketing, and sales she strives to help her buyers and sellers move forward with their real estate dreams. Her motto is, "Your House With Strauts" no matter the size, property type, or budget.
