Nicholas Cade Congleton is a full time Realtor and is ready to assist you on your next sale or purchase. He attended high school at Glades Day School and then attended Palm Beach State College and received his Bachelors of Applied Science in Supervision and Management. He is a South Florida native. He stands out from other agents in that he does residential, commercial and Ag Land. What led to his career in real estate? He decided to get his real estate license because he has a passion for real estate and helping others achieve homeownership. Before holding his license with Remax Prestige of Wellington he worked with Brantley Properties which is a Real Estate company located in Lake Placid, Fl. He is involved in the community and is a member of the Young Florida Farmers and Ranchers group of Palm Beach County, The Black Gold Jubilee Committee, serves on the Torry Island BBQ board, Leadership of the Glades and is the Treasurer of the local Rotary club. In his spare time, you can find him on the boat, going out to dinner with his friends in Miami, or working on his investment properties.
