About Me
Nate Butler is a member of the real estate team of RE/MAX Signature Properties in Junction City, Kansas. He brings to the real estate market vast leadership experiences and efficient communication skills.
He led a distinguished career as an association director, pastor, government employee and officer in the United States Army. Prior to ministry, Nate spent five years at the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, at Fort Riley. Here he worked in various areas of human resource management. This experience honed his abilities to provide quality service by building relationships with investors and clients buying and selling. He understands the importance of low-pressure sales, flexibility, and patience.
Nate served 20 years on Active Duty in the United States Army. During his time at Fort Riley, Nate deployed to Iraq in support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. After more than 20 years of military reassignments, Nate understands the importance of finding a place to call home.
His political endeavors include a current seat on the Junction City, City Commission, currently serving as Vice-Mayor. Additionally, Nate served four years on the Geary County, Kansas, Board of Education. His wife and three children graduated from USD 475 school district. For those families who have, or will have, children or grandchildren in the community, Nate has an intimate knowledge of the school systems he can share.
Nate’s academic history directly translates into proficient negotiation and analytic abilities. He received his Bachelor’s in Finance, Master of Arts in Theological Studies and a Master of Science in Administration.
After living in Junction City for more than 20 years, Nate is deeply connected to this area. His mission is to strive every day to exceed his clients’ expectations to make Junction City their home.
