About Me
Nancy, a lifelong Pittsburgh North Hills resident, has been a full-time Realtor® for over 20 years, and has closed over 400 buy/sell transactions. Although she has sold homes throughout Western Pennsylvania, Nancy specializes in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Wexford area, the City of Pittsburgh, and southern Butler County (Cranberry Township, Mars, and Adams Township).
Nancy’s philosophy of business, which permeates the entire Dorn Team, is “to help people to achieve their real estate dreams.” She believes in life-long relationships with her clients, and this has now extended to their children and grandchildren.
Because we live in an ever-changing real estate world, Nancy is also committed to ongoing education, and has continually invested in advanced certifications. These include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales Specialist, Probate Specialist, Green Certified, Relocation Specialist, and e-PRO® Advanced Digital Marketing Certifications.
