About Me
Milt, originally from The Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, (East Stroudsburg to be exact), moved to the Treasure Coast where he lives with his wife Debbie.
In 1985, Milt started the business Milton W. Koster Real Estate Investments, also now known as KosterLand. This business would specialize in offering undeveloped Port St. Lucie lots to ANYONE who was interested in owning a piece of the "American Dream" regardless of credit history by offering Easy Owner Financing with No Credit Checks and No Qualifying.
Seeing the opportunity to help his clients with a broader range of Real Estate needs, in 2014, Milt joined the RE/MAX organization and has made his home with RE/MAX of Stuart. Over the years he has continued his success by specializing in RESIDENTIAL HOMES, WATERFRONT LIFESTYLE LIVING and VACANT LAND OPPORTUNITIES. It has always been Milt's priority to give the customer Personalized Attention and Guidance throughout the entire Selling and Buying process.
