Michaelee has been a licensed Realtor since 1998 and received her Broker's License in 2000. After 35 years as a business owner, 25 years in the real estate industry of which 15 has been as a REMAX business owner, she has decided to simplify her life by joining the multiple office of REMAX Experience where she is broker associate to the Glencoe location.
She has worked with her husband, Tim and son, Nick as a team, so all clients get assured top service. They work McLeod County into the metro of the Twin Cities and all surrounding areas.
Michaelee reached REMAX International Hall of Fame in 2006, along with many other designations to assure her clients the education needed to experience over 1000+ closed deals. She has been blessed with helping hundreds of families find their perfect home to start their journey in building memories. She specializes in the listing and marketing of residential property, buyer consultation and representation, professional organizing, interior decor and staging along with landscaping design. Her team also provides market problem solving, negotiation expertise and financing assistance. She works with all demographics in making smooth moves. Michaelee has maintained a 98% list to sale ratio for over 2 decades, and her team's sold status has remained within the top 2% of the closed sales with the Association of Minneapolis.
