About Me
Hi my name is Mike Richards, I am a lifelong West Virginian, calling Parkersburg my home for the past twenty five years. I live here with my wife Kathy Richards, an insurance agent with Reagle and Padden Insurance, we have four grown children between us, and five wonderful grandchildren, with a sixth on the way. I am new to residential real estate but have a long history with sales and service in the automotive sector, and the past ten plus years dealing with people in the oil and gas industry, primarily in the business of negotiating and acquiring right of way easements with landowners.
