I pride myself on offering my clients great service and honest dealings. 2021 was a crazy year in the Denver real estate market. There were records set for average prices, record low inventory, and average days to sell a home. 2022 has started off with the same craziness.

Do people want to know if the Denver real estate market is going to crash in 2022? All indications are we are going to set some more records on price and have already set some on low inventory. So, it looks like we are in for another great year to invest in your future in real estate in the front range.
