"PUT MY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TO WORK FOR YOU!" "Smiling Faces, Beautiful Places"---This is what all newcomers will notice upon their move the Sumter/Shaw AFB area. This is also why Sumter is proven to be a favorite final destination for retired military and civilian alike. My Name is Meredith Dean, and I as fortunate to PCS to Sumter in 1989, and now make Sumter my permanent home. Having also been and "military brat," I was very lucky to have lived overseas and Stateside with my Air Force family---especially to have landed here in Sumter, South Carolina! Buying or selling a home can be a daunting experience. I am happy to be your "guide" throughout the whole process, from start to finish. I have been in Real Estate-related businesses since 1970, been licensed since 1994 (Broker's License in 2004), and acquired an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative designation in 2001). I also worked with Real Estate Law Firms prior to getting my license, so I benefit from this knowledge base, and represent my clients to the best of my ability. I value your trust in selecting me to assist you through the purchase or sale of your home. I will keep all of your information confidential and promise you complete honest and integrity. Please browse our website for listing and helpful information about the Sumter/Shaw community. I look forward to hearing from you soon and meeting you sooner!
