Located in a new office building at 2990 Broad Street we are conveniently located midway between Sumter and Shaw Air Force Base. A second office has been opened at 834 Broad Street in Camden, SC where there are 7 active agents. RE/MAX Summit supports our military community and participates in many activities held on Shaw AFB. Many of our agents participate in military incentive programs. We also represent production builder's, Great Southern Homes and McGuinn Builders with agents stationed in model homes to assist you. In both 2022 and 2023, Re/Max Summit led the Sumter area in sales volume and was recognized as the Re/Max agency of the Year for S.C. in 2022.
