Also associated with RE/MAX Summit is a Motto Mortgage Franchise, a full service rental department, a Homeowner Association management company and a construction services company. RE/MAX Summit currently has over 40 real estate agents who are actively involved in all phases of the Sumter community and can service any and all needs of the buying or selling public. Located in a new office building at 2990 Broad Street we are conveniently located midway between Sumter and Shaw Air Force Base. A second office has been opened at 834 Broad Street in Camden, SC. RE/MAX Summit supports our military community and participates in many activities held on Shaw AFB. Many of our agents participate in military incentive programs. We also represent a production builder, Great Southern Homes and have agents stationed in model homes.
