Hi! I’m Melissa Smith, Realtor® with RE/MAX Boone Realty.
A lifelong Missourian, I made Columbia my home over 30 years ago when I moved here to attend Mizzou. I chose to plant my roots here because I fell in love with the people and places in CoMO, and I look forward to showing my clients an insider’s view of the growth and prosperity in the area.
As a former Mid-Missouri educator of nearly 20 years– as well as the proud parent of an MU Tiger and twin Hickman Kewpies– I can offer a testament to the excellence of our local schools, and am happy to provide families with information about area education or to answer any questions you may have.
I’ve bought and sold several homes in Columbia: from purchasing my first little house to expanding into my family home and finally to downsizing as an almost-empty nester.
