About Me
Native Texan here! Megan has lived my whole life within about a 60-mile radius of the Greater Austin Area. Shortly after graduating college, she decided to pursue her real estate career, with some motivation from her dad, who has since retired from his successful surveying business in Milam county.
Megan’s 15+ years of real estate has helped her gain valuable transactional experience, hours of education and driven her customer service to lengths that provide an optimal experience. Megan’s focus is mainly on single family residences including new construction and resale homes for buyers and sellers. She is highly knowledgeable in the North Austin area and all the north suburbs of Austin.
The majority of her business is generated by referrals from happy clients and friends. Megan develops close relationships with those she serves and strives to exceed expectations, every time. The end goal of a transaction is to have successfully delivered a positive experience and to have gained a friend and raving fan. In 2022, Megan formed Elite Pro Home Team and is continuing to expand her services offered to clients. The goal hasn’t changed – to build relationships for a lifetime!
Megan’s most recent acknowledgements include obtaining her broker’s license, being elected to serve on the Professional Standards Committee for the State of Texas and being ranked #1 top producing REALTOR within RE/MAX Capital City in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Megan was also awarded the “Above the Crowd” award for 2021. This award honors one individual amongst RE/MAX professionals in the Texas region.
Following each buyer or seller closing, a donation is made in her client's name(s) to three different charity partners: Central Texas Table of Grace, an emergency children's shelter, a dog rescue transport service and CMN.
