Real estate broker specializing in real estate marketing, market data analytics, and negotiations.
I first started in real estate at a young age. At the age of 15, I was involved with my father rehabbing houses. I learned many aspects of the fix & flip process, and this is where my passion for real estate began. Shortly after, I was hired by a local trade painter. I worked for this custom painting company for years learning a lot about customer service, quality craftsmanship, and hard work.
In my mid-20s, I landed my dream job of becoming a firefighter/paramedic where I learned even more about building construction, public service, and teamwork. As secondary employment, on my days off from the firehouse, I worked with a local contractor fixing and flipping homes. In 2017, I wanted to follow my passion for real estate and I received my license as a @REALTOR with the National Association of Realtors.
I focus on working with first time home buyers in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. I also enjoy working with investors to find potential properties for fix and flip opportunities. My focus as your broker is to navigate clients through the home selling process, negotiate the best price, make sure all deadlines are met, and communicate effectively with the parties involved. My main goal is to help in any way I can and develop lifelong relationships.
