As office manager, my goal is to help the agents grow and succeed. At RE/MAX Venture, we focus on support, professional development, and providing agents with the right tools. I am responsive, calm, organized, and trustworthy. These values and traits help agents prosper, when they have someone like myself as their reinforcement. For 2024, I was honored to be named Minnesota's REMAX Manager of the Year. I was a store manager for 15 years before coming to Real Estate. This means that I have the skills to handle high pressure situations and being able to complete tasks efficiently. I am not originally from Owatonna, but have loved living here the last 16 years. I met my husband learning to curl (yes the broom and rock kind). We have two boys who are in elementary school and middle school and love baseball, Minecraft, and Mario. Our family also cooks competition BBQ. We travel across the Midwest competing in different BBQ contests. Because of this, teamwork is just as important at home as it is at the office.
