BrokerageWhen Matt and Deb Gillard started RE/MAX Venture in 2016, they developed Mission and Vision statements based on their personal Values and Core Beliefs - all of which continue to guide their business on a daily basis. On this strong foundation of “Venture Values,” RE/MAX Venture has attracted like minded professionals to their team. Matt and Deb believe that a well-trained and supported agent will in turn provide their buyer and seller clients with an exceptional real estate experience - from the first meeting to the close of every transaction. As Broker, and with over 22 years in the business, Matt’s knowledge and expertise are invaluable when mentoring and supporting agents new to the real estate business and assisting more experienced agents as needed. As Manager, Deb provides ongoing education and agent development to ensure that everyone in the office continues their professional growth and stays current with happenings in the industry. The responsibilities of Office Coordinator Mary Reese include providing assistance to agents and their clients, handing MLS entries, and overseeing the general operations of the office. Giving back to the community and charitable causes is another example of RE/MAX Venture’s strong Venture Values. As an office, they hold drives for Community Pathways, coordinate and serve lunch for ALC students, staff and city workers involved in the downtown spring cleanup, and take part in GEM Days & downtown Thursdays. They have achieved Miracle Office status every year through RE/MAX’s partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network. As individuals, RE/MAX Venture team members support one another and are involved in many other aspects of community involvement. RE/MAX Venture is located in the heart of the downtown Owatonna historic district at 118 N Cedar Avenue. They serve Steele County and the surrounding southern Minnesota areas, specializing in residential, small acreage, investment and commercial properties.
