Martha’s singular goal is to make every client a client for life. As a successful full time Realtor, she has extensive knowledge of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. For the past 15 years, she has helped many people either find the home that is right for their lifestyle and investment or sell their home to the right buyer. She acts as an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. Clients receive added value at every turn and strong negotiating skills deliver better outcomes on both sides of the table. As a result of her professionalism and the high quality of service she gives to her clients, Martha maintains a strong referral base. Clients receive an exceptional level of personal attention, including constant communication on a listings activity with sellers and status updates with buyers. An integrated network of long-standing relationships with affiliated real estate service providers, such as home inspectors and mortgage representatives, delivering any assistance that clients may need throughout the entire process. Martha is a family woman with devotion to God, her husband Manuel and two beautiful children Lilly and Lucas. On her spare time she enjoys exercising and reading. Martha was a graduate of Kaplan School of Real Estate. She has a designation of Certified Residential Listing Specialist (CRLS) and has been awarded by her current company the Platinum Club Award multiple times.
