About Me
Marc and Kendall have a passion for helping others reach their real estate goals. As part of The Haven Group at RE/MAX By the Sea, they specialize in Panama City Beach properties; however, they service all areas of Bay and Walton Counties. Being investment property owners and vacation rental managers themselves, Marc and Kendall would be the perfect Realtors for a rental owner looking to sell, or an investor looking to buy another rental.
Kendall and Marc met in middle school and started dating in high school, but they attended separate colleges in Virginia. Kendall received her bachelor’s in business from the University of Mary Washington and received her MBA from Liberty University. After college, Kendall began working with Haven Beach Rentals and helped the company grow to over 25 rental units. Marc received his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech with a minor in Naval Engineering. Prior to jumping into real estate and joining Haven Beach Rentals, Marc worked as a Test Director and Engineer for Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, serving those who serve our nation.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys surfing, playing basketball, playing guitar, and singing. Kendall loves the beach, paddle boarding, decorating condos for rental owners, and cooking. Together they volunteer for Young Life South Walton, a high school ministry focused on earning the right to talk to kids about Jesus. Most weeks, you can find them in the evenings supporting South Walton’s sports teams. And every other Monday night, you can find them in a room of 50 high school students, completely embarrassing themselves to get a laugh out of the teenagers.
